Websites Jenner / Kardashian Leaked Data 890 000 Users

This week launched the sisters Jenner Kardashian and a new app and a new website, but due to a security flaw were leaked to the website details of 890 000 users. It discovered a software called Alaxic Smith who wrote about a blog.

On the website of Kylie Jenner Smith discovered a JavaScript file which he saw how contact was made with different servers. When accessing the server from his browser, he received an error message. When he then Jenner website with its own username and password inlogde he suddenly saw a user. It turned out to be the data of 663 000 people who had registered for the website. The data consisted of names and email addresses.

Likewise, he was also able to access the server data from the websites of Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Khloe Kardashian. In total, as Smith had gained access to the data of 890 000 people. After his discovery he then informed the developer of the websites that the problem fixed it. Later, Smith removed his article on the blogging platform Medium to places then again. At the time of writing, he had his posting removed again, but which is still in the cache of Google to find.
