Dell Tool Due To Leak Considered Unwanted Software


Because of a serious vulnerability in a Dell program that certainly 100,000 computers have installed anti-virus company Malwarebytes decided to label the software as a "potentially unwanted program" (PUP). It is Dell System Detects that helps users find the right drivers for their computer. A vulnerability in the support tool ensures that once the user reaches a site containing the text "Dell", that website through System Detect can install malware on your computer.

The software after installation by the user, namely active continuously in the background, checking not or offered software really official Dell website originated. This week, Dell released a update for the program that fixes the vulnerability and ensure that the software is no longer active in the background, but users should install this new version itself.
